SKOOR AG will continue to operate on the market independently as a subsidiary of Infosim GmbH & Co. KG. Founded in 2003, the international software company Infosim^® is a leading provider of automated service fulfillment and service assurance solutions for telcos, ISPs, managed service providers and enterprises. Its main focus is on the development and distribution of the automated network and service management solution StableNet^®. In addition to StableNet^® and individual software development, the portfolio of the Infosim^® Group also includes the ERP consulting company anaptis GmbH and now also the Swiss IT solution provider SKOOR AG.
