Knowliah is a leading AI-powered SaaS provider of enterprise legal management solutions for legal departments. With the fourth acquisition within one year, STP Group takes another important step to expand its portfolio and further drive its international expansion.

Knowliah is a leading European legal tech software provider specializing in process optimization and communication in legal departments. Knowliah helps companies manage operational and legal processes, as well as the tedious process of searching, classifying and creating documents. Knowliah's AI-powered SaaS platform was identified by Gartner and Forrester as an innovative vendor in the area of enterprise legal management and contract lifecycle management.
