Klingenberg am Main, 07.02.2023 (PresseBox) - For many German companies, there is a need for action very soon due to the Whistleblower Protection Act, a law, which is expected to come into force in May 2023.

The Whistleblower Protection Act (HinSchG) is the German implementation of the EU Whistleblowing Directive, which for the first time aims to establish EU-wide standardized protection for whistleblowers. This Act regulates the protection of natural persons who have obtained information on infringements in the course of their professional activities.

"WhistleBlowBox" is a legally compliant and user-friendly software solution. This tool is equipped with all the relevant features required by this new law.

The system is GDPR compliant, as all reports are anonymous and personal data of whistleblowers is not stored. In addition, messages and notices are encrypted and can only be tracked via an indicative token. For complete documentation, the transmitted messages can be exported in the form of a report as temporal proof. The company may also appoint different ombudspersons, if necessary. Optionally, the "WhistleBlowBox" provides two-factor authentication for the ombudsperson.

LANTECH offers the "WhistleBlowBox" as SaaS or on-premise. The software is designed for national and international companies with 50 - 10,000 or more employees.
