With the acquisition, stp.one is setting another milestone on its way to becoming the leading legal tech platform in Europe and once again underlining its role as an M&A powerhouse that is significantly driving the consolidation of the market.

Amberlo is a pan-European software manufacturer that specializes in simplifying complex workflows in law firms and helping them increase productivity. The company was founded in 2017, has offices in Ireland and Lithuania and offers its clients a SaaS native law firm software solution. The company specializes in developing a flexible, secure and user-friendly management platform for lawyers. Amberlo is already active in numerous European markets and has over 1,000 customers who rely on the company's solutions.
